Sport Community

Background

As a provider of sports content, "we face a challenge: when users aren't actively watching games, they often seek sports information on other platforms". This results in reduced engagement and time spent on our app.

To address this, our goal is to offer users all the sports information they need—whether it’s game details, updates, or insights—while keeping them connected to our services. By integrating watching, reading, and community features, we aim to create a comprehensive sports hub that covers all major sports, such as the Premier League and the 2022 World Cup, ensuring users stay engaged on our platform.

Role and Responsibility

As the product owner, I work with the UX/UI team, content team, and development team to start this project. I oversee all aspects, from market research and competitor analysis to design and project implementation.

Problem

"Users rely on other apps for real-time game updates because we aren't maximizing our data to keep them informed on our platform"

Currently, no single app offers all the necessary sports content along with exclusive insights. This forces users to seek real-time information from multiple sources, resulting in a fragmented and less satisfying experience. By not fully utilizing our data, we miss the opportunity to provide a seamless and comprehensive sports information service, which impacts user engagement.

Product Feature

"One-Stop Sports Hub:

All Your Game Updates, Insights, and Community in One Place"

We want to combine all our services in one place so users can explore
and find everything they need. The goal is to make a space where people can browse content and connect with their community in one spot.
